Event Cancellation Policy
The Northern Anne Arundel County Chamber of Commerce reserves the right to cancel an event due to low enrollment or other circumstances which would make the event non-viable. If the Northern Anne Arundel County Chamber of Commerce cancels an event, registrants and sponsors will be offered a full refund. Should circumstances arise that result in the postponement of an event, registrants and sponsors will have the option to either receive a full refund or transfer registration or sponsorship (or equal credit to another event) to the same event at the new, future date.

Should it become necessary for you to cancel your participation, any request by a registrant must be received in writing via email to [email protected] or by phone (410.766.8282).  A request of cancellation will be accepted within 48 hours in advance of routine events (networking mixers, membership lunches, etc.) and 10 business days prior to a signature event (Community Safety Awards, Educational Excellence Awards, Presidential Gala, Annual Golf Tournament).  After that time there will be NO refund or credit.  Refunds will not be available for registrants who choose not to attend an event. Refunds will be made using the original form of payment (unless payment in cash - check will be issued).  Registrants who select payment at door and do not attend or cancel as per above will be invoiced.
