Renovations have begun on our building at 7439 Baltimore-Annapolis Boulevard in Glen Burnie that will make it into an important center for local business. We have developed two significant initiatives to raise the needed renovation funds. Pleae show your support for this ambitious and historic project by participating in one or both of these initiatives.
The Legacy Partner Program:
Our Legacy Partners are those who have chosen to contribute $1,000 or more for the purchase and renovation of the building:
Contributions of $3,000 or more: will have a specific area of the building named exclusively for their company, and will have a permanent plaque placed in that area honoring their generous contribution. Your company logo will be placed on the home page of the Chamber’s website and on the Legacy Partner page in the Membership Directory for three years. A brick engraved with your company name will also be placed in a special Legacy Partner section of our brick walkway.
Click below for a list of the special areas to be named along with the Legacy Partners that have already made the generous gifts.
Other major sponsorship levels include:
Diamond Partners: Donations of $2,500 will entitle you to be listed on the home page of the website and in the Membership Directory for two years. You also will receive an engraved brick in our special Legacy Partner section.
Platinum Partners: For $1,500, donors will be listed on the home page of the website and in the Membership Directory for one year and have an engraved brick in our special Legacy Partner section.
Gold Partners: $1,000 donors will be listed in the Membership Directory for one year and have an engraved brick in our special Legacy Partner section.
The Engraved Brick Program: For $100, you can purchase an engraved brick (4” by 8”), or for $200 you may purchase an engraved paver (8” by 8”) to be placed on our walkway or in our garden area. You may list your business name, family members, or commemorate a special occasion.
In order to complete the first phase of the walkway, we must sell 500 bricks this summer. We’re counting on chamber members to help us make this first goal in the fundraising campaign.
Ordering is easy. Just “click on the brick” on the left side of this home page.
All of these options can be tax deductible as an advertising expense for your company.*
*The Chamber of Commerce is a 501 c(6) organization and as such, contributions are not tax deductible as charitable donations. However, a company may be able to deduct them as business advertising expenses. Please consult your tax professional about your specific situation.
